Warranty & Registration California Certified Buckley Rumford fireplace 2/24/14 Models: R30 and R48

Warranty The Buckley Rumford 30-inch, and 48-inch fireplaces, manufactured by the Buckley Rumford Company are new technology, clean-burning devices that meet the US EPA Phase II particulate emissions rate standard for wood-burning stoves (i.e. 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart AAA). According to this EPA Standard, wood-fired stoves cannot exceed a weighted average emission rate of 7.5 g/hr to acheive certification. Particulate emissions generated by the Buckley Rumford 30-inch and 48-inch fireplaces were measured by an EPA certified laboratory and were found to be less than 7.5 g/hr. Complete test results are reported at the end of this Manual. Buckley Rumford Fireplaces specified in this Manual meet or exceed the requirements for masonry fireplaces set forth in the appropriate ASTM standards, the 2006 International Residential Code and the California Energy Code. Each Certified Core has been inspected to make sure it is complete and in compliance with California emissions regulations as indicated by the label affixed to the door frame. A unique serial number is assigned to each Certified Core Unit and the date and place of sale is recorded. To complete the certification the mason who builds the Buckley Rumford fireplace must fill out the Registration Forms below and return one to the Buckley Rumford Co. Homeowner, please keep this Manual with your copy of the Registration and Warranty. Refer to the serial number below if you need or want to contact us with any questions or problems or if you'd be kind enough to just let us know how you like your Rumford.
