We made 2 stone fireplaces in our house. The one in the basement was completed in 1999, and the fireplace upstairs (shown below) was completed last fall. They both worked just great. We were concerned about the arch, and how it would perform. There was no problem. They both draw fantastic, and the stonework stays warm long after the fire is out.
