P. Allen Smith has created a magnificent Georgian country house complete with six or eight Rumford fireplaces. He was kind enough to invite me over last time I was in Arkansas. We shot a video next to one of his tall Rumfords in the back room that smoked a little for lack of air and he even gave me an autographed copy of his latest book on gardening. - Jim Rumford is four feet wide and four and a half feet tall
