Return Policy

Defective or Not Delivered as Ordered: If a product is defective or not delivered as ordered we will replace it or refund your money in full, including freight.

Damaged Product: For damaged products either refuse delivery or document/photograph the damage and return the product in the original packing. Generally shipper's insurance will cover the cost but the damage has to be documented.

Non-returnable Items: Many of the products we offer are custom made to fit your Rumford fireplace and cannot be re-sold so, if the product you ordered was delivered as ordered, it cannot be returned.

Returnable Items: Some products, however, may be materials or assembled from stock items that can be re-sold. Contact us within 30 days to see what the specific return policy is on that product. Generally expect to pay the return freight. Upon receipt, if the product is undamaged, we will refund your money less the freight and a 20% restocking charge.
