Hi Jim, I promised to send you a completed photo of this fireplace. It is in Ravenna neighborhood of Seattle, in a new sunroom that opens to backyard. Builder was Dick O'Connell, and masons Moore Masonry, Edmonds. They followed my design exactly (which is seldom the case!), and it came out very nice. We used Rumford components from Mutual Materials. There's a gas starter, but I insisted we have a real wood burning fireplace for the fragrance and pleasure of seeing the flames dance. Tim
